Through the interaction of the development teams, the Group's own tool manufacturing and maintenance facilities as well as the production plants, we closely monitor the development of our products from the concept to the application of the injection mould tool and initial sampling to completion.

This means that the requested tool can be manufactured within a few weeks. The focus is on the careful planning, implementation and monitoring of the various stages involved in the production of injection moulds for plastics, die-casts for the processing of aluminium and magnesium as well as pressing tools.

In all our fields of activity, our main focus is on the technology we use. Our many years of experience mean we have developed various areas of expertise, such as pressure tightness, finish casting, absence of pores, cleanliness and firmness in aluminium die casting as well as size accuracy, shape accuracy and surface finishing in plastic injection moulding. We build on this strong set of skills by continuously sharing knowledge, developing our technology and using the latest machinery to offer our customers the best solution.
